It starts with a detailed on-site inventory, where we do not just count desks and cabinets, but also check lift capacity, loading docks, parking options and the layout of the new building. Based on that we create a moving plan with a day schedule, a floor plan with workstation numbers and clear instructions for your staff. That way everyone knows what to do and moving day runs smoothly.
What sets us apart is our focus on communication. Your employees receive a clear guide in advance: what they do themselves, what the moving team does, and how the labeling system works. On moving day our project leader is continuously available for questions. Afterwards we check together with facilities that every workstation is correctly set up: chairs at the right height, monitors connected, printers accessible. Monday morning everyone can get back to work as if nothing changed.
