From classroom to gym: everything in the right place
A school move is no ordinary job. It is not just desks and chairs, but complete learning environments: interactive boards, lab equipment, musical instruments, sports gear and often a full library. Everything must end up in the right place, because when the new school year starts, teachers must be able to work immediately. We feel that pressure, and we plan accordingly.
Preparation starts months before the move. We map the building, create an inventory list per classroom and build a moving plan that fits the available holiday period. Each classroom gets a color code and each item a label. On moving day multiple teams work simultaneously so the building is cleared systematically and set up again at the new location. Our foremen monitor progress and add capacity when needed.
We understand that schools work with public budgets and formal tender procedures. Our quotes are therefore transparent, comply with common procurement requirements and are suitable for reporting to the board.
